Order

  1. If you wish to purchase an item click the “Add to Cart” button.
  2. After confirming that you have all your items in your cart click the “Check Out” button.
  3. After entering payment and delivery information complete the payment

Currently, it is not possible to process orders by phone. All orders can be placed through a computer or other mobile device.

For fresh food products (products that require refrigeration and freezing such as meal kits, side dishes, and dairy) you can send an email to foryou@ezbeemarket.com within 12 hours of receiving the product and we will process your request. Please include a picture of the product. 

For other products send us an email at foryou@ezbeemarket.com within 1 day of receiving the product we will process your request. If there is an issue with the product we will give a refund via store credit. 

In the case of errors or mistaken purchases, we are not able to process returns for fresh food products. For other products, you can request a refund or exchange within 2 days of receiving the product. 

Only non-fresh food products can be returned. For exchanges or returns due to a change of heart the shipping cost to the customer is $7.99. A simple change of heart is considered if there is no abnormality or issue in the product’s formation itself. In the case of a defective product or mistake in your order ezBee Market will cover all shipping costs. If the product received by the customer is damaged, the sale period has expired, or the product ordered is different from the product received it can be considered defective or a mistake.

Depending on the price of your order shipping fees may vary. We will inform you of the shipping cost of your delivery area.

Orders over $75 are eligible for free shipping. Orders between $45-$75 have a $3.99 shipping fee and orders under $45 have a $7.99 shipping fee. These costs will be automatically added to your order at checkout.

If you would like us to deliver in your area click the image below to begin a request. If you enter your email and zip code it will be registered as an extended delivery area. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please refer to the image below for a detailed schedule.

Occasionally delivery time may be delayed due to reasons such as a lack of stock, but we ensure that your order will be delivered on the expected delivery date. In the case of holidays, orders will be shipped the next business day. If any schedule adjustments become necessary, customers will be notified individually. 

After your order has been submitted you will not be able to edit your products. Our system automatically processes your order so your cart is finalized after you submit your order. You can cancel your order under the “My Account Section” up until 12 PM on the scheduled day of delivery. After your order is delivered, you will be able to request an exchange of select products. 

We’re sorry your order did not arrive as scheduled! In the instance of delivery or arrival issues please contact our customer service email at foryou@ezbee.com. Our customer service representatives will personally assist on an individual basis to resolve these issues. 

You are not able to choose your delivery time. Our drivers have a schedule that ensures you receive your order, however we are not able to guarantee a time window at this time. However, you do not need to be home to receive your order.

No, you do not! All ezBee orders come in freezer bags to ensure your products stay fresh even if you’re not at home. Our drivers will leave your order on your doorstep for your convenience.

Please make sure to check our delivery schedule on the ezBee homepage for the most accurate delivery schedule. In the instance of holidays or days where there are no deliveries, orders can be expected to arrive on the next business day after the day of the holiday. HOWEVER, please consider orders that fall on a holiday to be  case-by-case situations as we cannot guarantee exact delivery.

Products

Depending on ingredients and order volume some products may not be available when you shop.

Grocery products will include nutrition information on the back of their packaging. ezBee meal kits will also include nutrition information on the back side of its packaging.

To inquire about a product you first must register as a member. After entering your account information in the upper righthand corner of the screen fill out the Contact Form in the My Order section. Alternatively, send an email to foryou@ezbeemarket.com and we will respond within 1-2 business days.

Private Information

Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner to get to your Account page. Click the three dots next to your profile image and select “edit my profile.” Edit the information you wish to change and then click “Update Info.”


To edit payment information click the “My Wallet” link on the sidebar in your profile to view payment information, or change your payment method at checkout.

Navigate to your profile page by clicking your name in the upper right hand corner of the screen. In the panel on the left side click “My Orders.” All information on previous orders will be included in this section.

ezBee registration is free regardless of the delivery area. After registering and creating login credentials you can enjoy all the benefits and products ezBee has to offer!
